Return Policy & Order Cancellations is committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase they make with us. Please note that there are some products for which we cannot accept returns due to manufacturer policies. See below for complete details.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise
We take pride in delivering our customers quality products, but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is either defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of delivery. We ask that you please carefully inspect each product upon delivery. It is important that any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery so that a shipping claim may be filed.

Ordered Wrong Item
If you wish to return an product simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Please note that you will not be credited for the shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return freight charges. Not all products are covered by our return policy. Please refer to the list of products that are non-returnable due to the manufactures policy.

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following items: used products, furniture, vacuum cleaners, floor equipment, dated calendars & planners, food, snacks, beverages, any perishable items, medicines, first aid kits and refills, outdoors structures, CDs, electronics, medical items, items with broken seals, sheds, vending machines, partial packages, custom or special orders.

Return Process
With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at can be returned within 15 days of your receipt provided you have a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service department.

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) from If you ship the item back without an RA number, your refund may be delayed. To obtain an RA number, fill out the Return Authorization Form.

Mark the Return Authorization (RA) number on the shipping label of the return package. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX ITSELF OR THE MANUFACTURE MAY DENY THE RETURN. Mail your returned items to the address provided by our Customer Service Department. The items associated with your Return Authorization (RA) number must be post-marked within 7 days of when you received the RA number. A refund will be issued to items returned in the same condition as sold, with original packaging, manuals, registration cards, and accessories. Credits are typically posted to your credit card 15 days after we receive the returned merchandise. It is our policy to issue the refund to the same credit card with which the order was placed.

Order Cancellations
Orders placed on or over the phone are processed very quickly and because of this, it is difficult to cancel orders after they have been placed. There is a small 15 minute window, during which the order is being processed, between when the order was placed and when it is submitted.
