This allows us to locate the warehouse closest to you, with the products you need, and be able to ship your order for the least amount of overall cost. We have also partnered with UPS Ground to ensure quick and easy delivery to our customers. Using an approved purchase account, credit or debit card when placing your order allows for quick processing and shipment. Once an order is placed most items are processed for shipment within 24 hours.
SourceSupplyCompany.com offers free shipping for orders $1,500 or more. In order to receive free shipping the order must be shipped within the Continental US and must be placed online at SourceSupplyCompany.com. Please note that free shipping does not factor in backorders or special orders. Also, SourceSupplyCompany.com reserves the right to designate the best shipping method for orders eligible for the free shipping offer.

Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the products ordered. SourceSupplyCompany.com is committed to offering our customers the lowest shipping costs possible. If an order is being shipped within the Continental US, the Estimate Shipping button is available on every product page, so that customers can see the shipping rate for each product.
An additional charge of $75-$150 will likely be added to orders being shipping outside the Continental US. If you want your order shipped outside of the Continental US please call our customer service department at (888) 792-2166.
Typically orders placed online or over the phone take 1-3 days to be delivered. There are some exceptions to this, for example if items are shipped directly from the manufacturer it can take 5-7 business days to receive. Please note that deliveries are made Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays.
There are instances in which items that customers have ordered are not available for immediate delivery, or are out of stock. The backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please note that shipment of backordered items takes 1-2 weeks. SourceSupplyCompany.com does not charge our customers any additional shipping charges for backordered items.
SourceSupplyCompany.com offers the following three easy ways to track your order:
1. If you wish to track your order online, you can click on the link titled My Account. Once you log in, scroll down to the Order/Billing History section. Here you are able to view all information, including tracking numbers on all orders.
2. You can email our customer service department at email@example.com with questions regarding tracking your order. Please make sure to include your account number, order number, or previous order number in the email.
3. You may contact one of our customer service representatives via the telephone at (888) 792-2166 to inquire about tracking your order. They will be able to provide you with a timeline of your purchase and an expected delivery date.

If an item is classified as potential-hazardous, or Hazmat, additional handling fees may be applied, or the item may be shipped via Common Carrier or LTL. If you are unsure of the method in which your item is being shipped please call our customer service department at (888) 792-2166.
Common Carrier (LTL):
The Common Carrier shipping method will be used for all customer orders that do not qualify for UPS Ground shipping, and when small package shipments are not possible or cost effective. LTL shipments are limited to destinations within the Continental US. A minimum order size of $1,500 for free delivery applies to all LTL shipments, except ice melt. Please note that customers are responsible for additional cost of shipping services. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery based on the availability of carriers.
International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Checkout" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
